Conductive Education is undertaken at the Rainbow Centre, Fareham which claims to have treated over 300 children. It offers different groups dependent on age - Parent and Child group for under 3's, Nursery Group for 3 - 5 year olds and a Saturday club for children at mainstream or special school in the week. The nursery group is registered with OfSted .Referral is done by parents, information is sent out and after an initial visit, an assessment is made. This assessment is designed to determine the capabilities of the child eg. how they move, hand eye co-ordination etc. Annual reviews are held and the child is closely monitored.
