The Aidis Trust

The Aidis Trust logo The Aidis Trust has a new website which provides:
  • Advice, information and support on all aspects of computing for Disabled people.
  • A non-profit shop giving substantial discounts to people in receipt of Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance. The products available include computer equipment such as adapted keyboards and input devices as well as special educational needs software.
The Aidis Trust provides the following services which complement the website:
  • Needs led, outcomes based technical assessments of the most appropriate hardware and software to enable a person to harness the benefits of information technology.
  • Specialist information technology training in disabled people’s homes.
  • Courses and workshops for local and national groups (Email training@aidis.org or phone the Training Manager, Simon Rowland, on 020 7426 2130)
  • A technical support helpline for all disabled people (0845 120 3719).
